All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Cost

  • Free Shipping on orders over $49
  • Standard Shipping fee calculated at checkout for orders below $49

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Sulucare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages
