Standard Shipping fee calculated at checkout for orders below $49

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Sulucare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sulucare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
