Thank you for shopping with Sulucare. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items that are opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@sulucare.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
